18:50: So that brings an end to our coverage of the PS4 FIFA 19 Global Series Playoffs. Congratulations to Nicolas99fc. The next major FIFA 19 tournament is the big one, the FIFA eWorld Cup at the 02 Arena in August.

18:46: NICOLAS99FC WINS THE PS4 FIFA 19 GLOBAL SERIES PLAYOFFS! The Argentinian draws the second leg 1-1 and wins the match 2-1 on aggregate. Heartbreak for LevVinken who has to settle for runner up. Nicolas is a back to back PS4 Global Series Playoffs champion and wins $75,000!

18:16: Lev gets one back to make it 2-1 on aggregate to Nicolas. But is it too little too late?

18:40: Nicolas goes 1-0 up in the second leg and increases his lead to 2-0 on aggregate. It's looking grim for Lev now...

18:27: Nicolas wins the first leg 1-0 and is 90 minutes away from the title. Can Lev respond? The biggest game of his career is coming up!

18:15: Nicolas takes the lead early on. He's defended superbly this tournament as always. This will be a huge test for Lev. How will he respond?

18:11: We're ready for the Grand Final between Nicolas99fc vs Lev Vinken. Here is our final head to head graphic as we focus on our finalists!

18:00: So it's Nicolas99fc vs Lev Vinken in the PS4 FIFA 19 Global Series Playoffs Grand Final. FC Basel vs MKers. The winner will take home $75,000. It would be Lev's first ever major title, but for Nicolas it would be his second PS4 Global Series Playoffs title.

17:57: LEV VINKEN WINS! He loses the second leg to Tuga 2-1 but wins the match on aggregate 4-2. He's through to the Grand Final.

17:46: Half time in the second leg and Tuga has taken 1-0 lead. He still trails on aggregate by two goals so still a long way to go for him.

17:39: The second leg of the second semi final is now underway. It's LevVinken's to lose with a 3-0 advantage over Tuga810. Can the player from Portugal pull off an epic comeback?

17:32: NICOLAS WINS AND GOES THROUGH TO THE GRAND FINAL! The Argentinian beats the Brazilian Fifilza 1-0 and will play for the opportunity to win $75,000 and defend his PS4 Global Series Playoffs title.

17:23: Nicolas finally breaks Fifilza's resolve and opens the scoring in this second leg. It's the first goal the Brazilian has conceded all game and will need to answer back to stay in this tournament.

17:12: WE ARE BACK UNDERWAY!!! Thank you for sticking around, it's time to get these semi finals concluded. The first second leg between Nicolas and Fifilza is underway, remember the first leg ended in a 0-0 stalemate.

16:55: Still waiting for the start of the second legs, unconfirmed if network issues at the venue in Berlin are affecting things.

16:42: The second legs of the two semi finals should be getting underway very soon, so hang tight!

16:27: Another dominating first leg performance from LevVinken. He will take a 3-0 lead into the second leg against Tuga.

16:05: Now for the first leg of our second semi final between Tuga810 and LevVinken. Here's the head to head stats!

16:02: Nothing to separate Nicolas and Fifilza in the first leg, 0-0 the score. Fifilza is still yet to concede a goal in the three games he's played today.

15:47: This will be the same structure as last weekend with the first legs of both semi finals being played first before the second legs. So after Nicolas vs Fifilza we'll see Tuga vs LevVinken.

15:42: Right then, we have our semi finals. First up it's Argentina against Brazil as Nicolas99fc takes on Fifilza. FC Basel vs Wolverhampton Wanderers, here's how the two players stack up..

15:30: It's win for LostInTheWavesz in the second but it does no good as he goes out 11-5 on aggregate to Lev Vinken. The Dutchman moves onto the Global Series Playoffs semi finals where he'll play Tuga810.

15:08: What an incredible first leg display from LevVinken, the Mkers man absolutely destructive against LostInTheWavesz, dishing out an 8-1 beating to the German. Somewhere in the area, FUTWIZ Marko is absolutely buzzing, the Australian almost certainly set to qualify for the FIFAeWorldCup barring a second leg miracle.

14:35: Here is how things stack up between the two players, with Germany taking on Holland in this final quarter final. Lev will be hoping to perform for MKers, the eSports organisation he has only recently joined.

14:30: A nail biting second leg sees Tuga win 1-0 and the match 2-1 on aggregate. He will play either LostInTheWavesz or LevVinken, who will face off in the final quarter final of the day.

14:09: All to play for at the end of the first leg, it ends 1-1 between Tuga and Tore. Will we have our first taste of extra time in these quarter finals? Second leg is imminent!

13:40: So with two semi final spots filled, it's on to our third quarter final between Tuga810 of Offset eSports and Tore of AFC Ajax. Here's the tale of the tape...

13:30: The favourite to win the PS4 Global Series Playoffs for the second year in a row is through to the semi finals! Nicolas99fc with a 7-2 win on aggregate over Werder Bremen's MoAuba

13:07: It's a rampant win for Nicolas after leg one, he leads 4-1 over MoAuba who has it all to do in the second leg.

12:42: Next up is a seriously tasty affair between FC Basel's Nicolas99fc and Werder Bremen's MoAuba. The two line up like this face to face, it's sure to be an exciting game!

12:30: The result also means that The StrxngeR has qualified for the FIFA eWorld Cup. Only one more spot remaining for the tournament at the 02 Arena next month which can be claimed by LostInTheWavesz should he win the Playoffs today.

12:29: Full time and what an outstanding defensive display from Fifilza. A second 1-0 win sees him triumph 2-0 on aggregate and go through to the semi finals.

12:15: The second leg is underway, so now would be a good time to post our projected bracket for today. So far, it's not looking good with Chris Spiteri trailing...

12:10: Penny for the thoughts of FC Basel's The StrxngeR who will qualify for the FIFA eWorld Cup in August if Fifilza goes on to win this game.

12:09: So after leg one of our first quarter final it's the Brazilian Fifilza of Wolves who has the advantage with a slender 1-0 lead over Chris Spiteri.

11:57: The first match of the day is underway, it's a quarter final game between Chris Spiteri and Fifilza of Wolverhampton Wanderers. How is how they match up head to head!

11:54: The winner today will pick up $75,000 in prize money. We'll also see the final two spots at the FIFA eWorld Cup decided today.
