- St. George gave Melbourne a game in tough conditions but they were unable to come out on top in the battle of the two under-strength teams.
- The Dragons have made a host of changes from last week’s loss with all of their Origin players available with Paul Vaughan the only one not to be listed in the 17 but could be a late inclusion before kick-off.
- Corey Norman slots back in to the side at five-eighth whilst usual partner Ben Hunt is listed as an interchange where Tyson Frizell is also named and Tariq Sims is also back in the side after he served a ban.

- Canberra did not heed the warning from their game against Cronulla as they allowed Parramatta to overturn a 16-point deficit last time out and will have endured the wrath of Ricky Stuart as a result.
- The Raiders have been given a boost with the news that Nick Cotric available after an ankle injury and will start in the centres in place of Sebastian Kris who drops out of the squad altogether.
- Ryan Sutton was named in the side earlier in the week but has suffered a calf strain and will miss out here with Emre Guler receiving a call-up to the bench whilst Josh Papalii will back-up after his superb Origin display on Wednesday.
THE PREDICTION
St. George will be desperate to get their Origin stars back on the field with them lacking any attacking flair against the Storm last week. They all should feature barring any late drama and host a Raiders team who will have had a tough week in training after they let Parramatta come back from 16 points down but they can respond to win this. The Dragons will be a tough proposition with them fielding a much stronger side than last time out against the Storm but with a week off, the Raiders will be the fresher of the two and can get back to winning ways.
