TOMMY PAUL VS SEBASTIAN KORDA PREDICTION
Tommy Paul overcame a partisan crowd in Friday’s quarter-final to defeat British hope Jack Draper in three sets, while Sebastian Korda went the distance for a second match in succession, eventually outlasting surprise package Rinky Hijikata.
Paul and Korda naturally know each other’s games very well, and in fact met just last week in the Netherlands, with Korda winning on that occasion on his way to the final. He’s generally had the better of the two when they have faced off, but we’re backing Paul to exact revenge here. The 27-year-old should have more in the tank here having spent significantly less time in the court than his compatriot in London. With that in mind, a hard-fought victory for Paul is predicted.
