TERENCE ATMANE VS SEBASTIAN OFNER PREDICTION
22-year-old Terence Atmane received a wildcard to make his Roland-Garros debut here on Sunday and he will be eager to make full use of it after a brilliant run to the third round of the Italian Open.
The youngster brings a career-high ATP world ranking of 120th into the draw for his efforts in Rome, where he overcame an out-of-sorts Lorenzo Musetti before a competitive defeat to Grigor Dimitrov, and he stands a decent chance at the upset here against world number 45 Sebastian Ofner, who is far from the level that saw him reach the round of 16 here last summer.
28-year-old Ofner took the first set from eventual Geneva champion Casper Ruud before defeat on Wednesday, suggesting he is improving after a surprisingly flat run on the clay swing so far, but back Atmane to earn at least a set empowered by Paris’ renowned partisan crowd.
