SACHIA VICKERY VS ONS JABEUR PREDICTION
World number nine Ons Jabeur reached the quarter-finals here last season, avenging her shock exit in the first round the previous year, but she is well capable of more in clay conditions. The 29-year-old is a three-time Grand Slam runner-up after losing her maiden major final to Elena Rybakina at Wimbledon in 2022, the following US Open to Iga Swiatek and then, agonisingly, failing to turn up for the final in SW19 last year as Marketa Vondrousova shocked the tennis world.
Jabeur brings a two-match losing streak into Paris after a surprise early exit to Sofia Kenin in Rome last time out but she should have enough to avoid another upset here against Sachia Vickery, despite the American’s recent exploits.
