World number 197 Marco Trungelliti should not be underestimated, though, after a career-best upset over ninth-seed Nicolas Jarry on Wednesday. The 34-year-old qualified the hard way this weekend before beating Duje Ajdukovic in straight sets on Monday but he has spent almost twice as long on court as Arnaldi, 11 years his junior, to suggest the Italian has enough to out-last him here.
