World number 13 Cam Norrie reached the semi-finals of the Lyon Open with two strong wins over David Goffin and Sebastian Baez before he appeared to struggle with a fitness issue in a one-sided defeat to Francisco Cerundolo. The 27-year-old is one of only two players to have beaten Carlos Alcaraz on clay this season to win the Rio 500 in February but there have been a few peaks and troughs in form this season that make a deep run in Paris look unlikely.
