Spain vs Germany prediction
Each of these two teams are still in the hunt for a semi-final spot, although Spain has by far the most to do. They must get the better of world number ranked side Belgium, who are currently second-place in Pool F. A horror start ultimately buried Spain in their last game, which saw Argentina defeat them 3-0 with all their goals coming inside the first 15 minutes.
Germany were also beaten in the previous set of Pool F fixtures, going down 1-3 to Belgium and when you take that into account, it doesn’t bode well for Spain, who are likely to come up against a wounded animal. Seven of Germany’s eight games in this World Cup so far have seen over two goals scored and with an ultra-attacking playstyle potentially on the cards on both sides, backing the same outcome this time around should be favoured.
