Perpignan lost their fourth Top 14 match in a row 39-13 away at Bordeaux Begles last Saturday to sit rock bottom of the table. Both of their wins so far this season have come at home but with La Rochelle coming off a huge 39-8 victory over Toulon last Sunday this looks like another tough day for the hosts. La Rochelle have plenty of ground to cover if they are going to catch up with the play-off contenders but three wins on the spin looks like a corner being turned after a dreadful start to the campaign. They are still tough to back with confidence and that makes taking them as the outright winners here look a suitably cautious move.
