THE PREDICTION
Pau are going well in the Top 14 this season with five wins from 11 matches played but they would have expected to lose at La Rochelle last Saturday and they did so in some manner by 36-8. Back-to-back wins before that took the pressure off and they now face a genuine chance at beating Toulon here with the visitors still struggling for consistent performances. Toulon beat Lyon 19-13 for just a fourth win of the season and they have lost each of their five games on the road so far. Neither side are wholly predictable but taking Pau to edge this one with an outright win looks a reasonable conclusion.
