THE PREDICTION
Brive pulled off their best result of the season as they ended Lyon’s emphatic nine-match unbeaten streak on Sunday in a 12-8 home scalp. That unlikely victory sees Brive on a three-match winning streak in the Top 14 sandwiched either side of two defeats in the Champions Cup and they have vastly improved their league position in December. They visit a Stade Francais side who were also shocked by lower-quality opposition in Pau last Sunday, although there is some positivity in a 29-27 defeat and the Parisien side have been immense at home this season. Having beaten La Rochelle, Toulouse, Bordeaux and Toulon over their last four home games in the Top 14 they should be well fancied to bring Brive crashing back down to Earth here by covering -15.
