Edinburgh turned the screw on Scottish rivals Glasgow Warriors by winning what was supposed to be the return leg of this fixture 10-7 at Murrayfield and now the onus is on the Warriors to win their first game since November. Glasgow’s form makes for grim reading, especially at home where they have lost their last four if you include a default Champions Cup defeat to Lyon and, realistically, that would have been a likely outcome. Whilst Edinburgh have struggled so far in the Pro14, they are now on a small yet excellent two-match winning streak after a shock 15-16 win away to Premiership contenders Sale Sharks and this weekend looks set to totally change the visage of the league table.
