THE PREDICTION
Lebanon performed admirably against New Zealand in their opening clash last week but Adam Doueihi’s red card prevented them from competing for the victory in the second period. They now go into this do-or-die contest with Ireland knowing a loss will end their participation in the tournament and this will not be an easy task, especially as Doueihi will serve a one-match ban. The Irish superbly dispatched Jamaica last week to record an expected victory butt this will be a lot more difficult for them. However, they are capable of booking their spot in the quarter-finals with Luke Keary able to lead the way again but this is likely to be a tight affair with the victor set to prevail by 1-12 points.
