THE TEAM NEWS

DOLPHINS

  • Dolphins edged a tight affair with North Queensland Cowboys to get back to winning ways and they will believe they can build on that as they aim to solidify a top four spot.
  • Wayne Bennett’s side were able to overcome a narrow half-time deficit to claim the victory and in a huge boost for the expansion outfit, Herbie Farnworth and Kenny Bromwich are back in the 17.

MANLY SEA EAGLES

  • Manly Sea Eagles blew a 20-0 lead at home to Canberra Raiders as their inconsistent campaign continued in what was a hugely disappointing outcome.
  • The Sea Eagles will be under pressure to respond on the back of that capitulation but their task will be trickier without hooker Lachlan Croker because of concussion, although Ben Trbojevic is back from a hamstring issue.

Starting 13: 1. Tom Trbojevic 2. Jason Saab 3. Tolutau Koula 4. Reuben Garrick 5. Tommy Talau 6. Luke Brooks 7. Daly Cherry-Evans 8. Taniela Paseka 9. Karl Lawton 10. Josh Aloiai 11. Ben Trbojevic 12. Corey Waddell 13. Jake Trbojevic Bench: 14. Gordon Chan Kum Tong 15. Toafofoa Sipley 16. Ethan Bullemor 17. Matthew Lodge Reserves: 18. Aaron Woods 19. Jakob Arthur 20. THE PREDICTION

Manly Sea Eagles head to Suncorp Stadium needing to produce a huge response having suffered an unthinkable loss to Canberra Raiders last week. The Sea Eagles somehow blew a 20-point lead on home soil and will be desperate to bounce back but the Dolphins will have other ideas. They have won five of their last seven matches and with some obvious mentality issues for the away side, the Dolphins can capitalise to record another success.

TIP: DOLPHINS TO WIN
