Netherlands vs India prediction
Netherlands face arguably their toughest challenge yet after getting past Australia, Japan and Chile in Pool A of the first round. They won all three games, scoring a pool best of 15 goals and conceding just twice, less than any other nation in the competition. They will be overwhelming favourites again here but are unlikely to have things all their own way.
India had to battle through a pool that included China and England and the competitive nature in that pool perhaps suits them moving forward. Beating England especially was a statement result, but Netherlands are far better than anything they have faced so far. That extra level of class should tell and it’s hard not to see Netherlands extending their 100% record in the tourmament.
