NEC Nijmegen vs Levski Sofia prediction

NEC Nijmegen wound up being outclassed by one of the competition favourites in Juventus most recently, losing 5-0 in Turin which leaves them bottom of the table on goal difference. They won’t play teams of Juventus’ quality every round though and a home game vs Levski Sofia represents a fresh start for them.

The visitors also failed to pick up a point in their opening game, losing narrowly by a goal to nil at the hands of Salzburg. They did look good defensively though and could easily frustrate NEC here, packing bodies behind the ball and making themselves extremely tough to break down. That could lead to a turgid affair, as NEC may not have the quality to find a way through and backing a low-scoring final score warrants consideration.

NEC Nijmegen vs Levski Sofia tip: Under 3.5 goals
