Japan vs Scotland prediction
Wins over Ireland and New Zealand are seeing Scotland end this World Cup in a good platform which they can build from for the future. The Scots edged out Republic of Ireland before getting the better of New Zealand, both winning scores being by two goals to one. Japan didn’t win any of their last two although they were competitive, drawing 1-1 with South Africa before narrowly losing 2-3 to England.
Scotland have looked significantly tighter defensively, which has been a big reason for their recent turnaround in results. If they can maintain that stability at the back, then it would be no surprise to see them overcome this Japanese side across 60 minutes.
