Panama are an improved side from the team that made their debut on the global stage at FIFA World Cup 2018 but the versatile defender Michael Amir Murillo is one of the stars from that squad that has continued to be an impressive talent in the meantime. The former Anderlecht man departed Olympique de Marseille for Besiktas in January and, as he closes in on 100 caps for the Panamanians, he will be essential for Thomas Christiansen’s side as they seek to use their familiarity with conditions to control teams in North America this summer.
