GIRONA

Both Borja Garcia and Cristhian Stuani are doubts for this weekend, whilst the likes of Ricard Artero, Joel Roca Casals and Jhon Solis are all fringe players that are unavailable.

PREDICTED XI (4-2-3-1): Gazzaniga; Martinez, E. Garcia, Blind, Gutierrez; Herrera, Martin; Tsygankov, Portu, Savio; Dovbyk

UNAVAILABLE: Solis (Injured), Artero (Injured), Casals (Injured)

THE PREDICTION

For much of the season, in a season in which Valencia were tipped up to be battling against relegation, Ruben Baraja’s men have actually been challenging for the top seven and the European spots. However, the Valencians have faded quite badly in the last few weeks and have collected just a solitary point from their last four matches. Girona have been one of the stories of the season anywhere in European football but did suffer a 1-0 loss at home to Villarreal in midweek. Despite that loss and the fact they have already confirmed a top four spot and UEFA Champions League qualification, they remain favourites for this one against out of form opposition.

TIP: GIRONA TO WIN
