THE PREDICTION

Ukraine qualified for this tournament after defeating Slovakia in the playoffs, whilst Croatia managed to edge past Denmark on penalties. The Ukrainians, under the management of Ruslan Rotan, come into this on the back of a 2-2 draw with Ireland in their most recent outing, last week. They have suffered just two defeats in their last 15 matches. They now face a Croatian side that defeated England by two goals to one in their most recent outing in March. They are unbeaten in seven and these are two evenly matched but relatively entertaining sides so it could well be an entertaining encounter for the neutral.
