THE PREDICTION
Champions League hopefuls Wolfsburg suffered their first Bundesliga defeat in 10 games at Hoffenheim last Saturday but they have yet to register back-to-back losses in the league this season and are unlikely to do so against cellar-dwellers Schalke, who have won just one league game all season. The Wolves remain unbeaten at the Volkswagen Arena and have also kept a clean sheet in six of their last seven home matches in all competitions, including a 2-0 win over Schalke in the cup last month. The Royal Blues have found the net just once in their five games since then. Wolfsburg coach Oliver Glasner will be forced to change what has been a very settled team recently because of suspensions, but they should still have enough quality to claim another win to nil against hapless Schalke.
