Union Berlin moved above Wolfsburg on goal difference into fifth with a 2-0 victory at Werder Bremen last weekend, and they have lost just one of their last 13 Bundesliga matches. With other forwards sidelined by injury, Liverpool loanee Taiwo Awoniyi has stepped up to the plate, scoring in four of his last five games. As a team, only Bayern Munich have scored more goals than Union this season.
