THE PREDICTION

After a run of six wins in seven league games in December and January, Fortuna Dusseldorf have now gone five without a win, leaving them nine points behind the promotion places. Anything other than a win here against Hannover 96 - who are one place above them on goal difference - and their chances of an immediate return to the top flight will be looking even slimmer. Fortuna have only lost once at home this season but the visitors have won three of their last four away matches, scoring nine goals in doing so. Top scorer Marvin Ducksch, who has posted 10 goals and five assists in the league this term, will miss out against his former club, though. Both sides drew last weekend and with little to choose between them, it would not be a surprise if they shared the spoils on Sunday.
