FIFA Club World Cup Winners By Continent

Spanish clubs have dominated over the course of the FIFA Club World Cup's existence. A total of seven finals have been won by either Real Madrid (four) or FC Barcelona (three) with the former the most successful side in the history of the FIFA Club World Cup. Two of the last three editions have been won by an English team, with Liverpool triumphing in the 2019 tournament and Chelsea in the 2021 competition (both after extra time against Brazilian opposition). Manchester United landed the title in 2008 to take the number of English wins to three while Italian and German clubs have won it on two occasions each.

Brazil is the only other country to boast a win, landing the trophy on four occasions. That leaves South America with a total of four winners while European clubs have been victorious on 14 occasions with no other continent yet to land the trophy.
