THE PREDICTION
Arne Slot is looking to add a second piece of silverware to his managerial trophy cabinet after winning the Eredivisie with Feyenoord last season. The Rotterdam club have failed to keep up with the remarkable pace set by PSV Eindhoven at the top-of-the-table but they have been generally very impressive this season after a 6-0 hammering of Ajax a couple of weeks ago symbolising that. They now face a NEC Nijmegen side that have also enjoyed an impressive campaign as they compete for a place in the top five and European qualification in the Eredivisie but they won’t need to finish in the top five if they win the cup this weekend. Even with that on the line, though, Feyenoord do remain favourites.
