THE LOWDOWN
WOLVES
- An early Daniel Podence goal was as good as it got for Wolves in their Premier League opener against Leeds last week, as they were unable to build upon that and ultimately lost the game on account of Rayan Ait-Nouri’s own goal in the second half.
- Both Joao Moutinho and Raul Jimenez remain absent so Hwang Hee-chan should continue up front while Nelson Semedo and Adama Traore are nearing a return but they are currently lacking match fitness.
FULHAM
- Fulham put in a hugely encouraging display last weekend when they held last season’s runners-up Liverpool to a 2-2 draw, and their impressive performance has given fans belief that they are better equipped to compete in the Premier League this time around.
- Given such positivity, Marco Silva will be tempted to opt for the same line-up up with talismanic striker Aleksandar Mitrovic leading the line, although new signing Issa Diop will be considered in defence should the club register him in time.

THE PREDICTION
Fulham were one of the surprise packages of the opening weekend of the Premier League season as they matched Liverpool for large portions of the match and were more than deserving of the point they came away with. Wolves, on the other hand, looked sluggish and disjointed in their defeat to Leeds but Bruno Lage is not blessed with a deep squad so may have to keep faith with the same line-up here. The likes of Neto and Podence are capable of causing the visitors problems though, while Fulham’s Mitrovic will be full of confidence after his brace last week. Therefore, both teams finding the net stands a good chance of coming in.
