Coached by former Rayo Vallecano boss Andoni Iraola, AFC Bournemouth head into the final four weeks of the 2023/24 Premier League campaign still in the hunt for a potential top seven finish and UEFA Europa Conference League qualification. The Cherries are achieving this with a genuinely entertaining and intense style of football implemented by Iraola.
They come into this one on the back of edging past Wolverhampton Wanderers by a goal to nil at Molineux in midweek with a 37th minute winning goal from Ghana international Antoine Semenyo. That means Bournemouth have now suffered just two defeats in their last nine matches since early March.
BRIGHTON
Brighton and Hove Albion may well be heading into the final month of the Roberto De Zerbi-era with the Italian heavily linked with a move away to the likes of Bayern Munich, Liverpool and Manchester United. However, they may be finishing his reign at the AMEX Stadium with a bit of a whimper as they drift away from the top seven and the European spots.
The Seagulls were most recently hammered by four goals to nil at the AMEX in midweek against defending champions Manchester City as a result of a brace from Phil Foden as well as goals from Kevin De Bruyne and Julian Alvarez. Brighton are now winless in their last five matches in the Premier League.

It is a derby in Premier League terms as both teams lie on the south coast of England but there is no real rivalry between the two. Both teams head into this final month knowing that a really good run of form would push them towards the European spots. Both teams play a proactive and enterprising style of football but both have been fallible at the back throughout the campaign so a clash in which both teams scoring looks likely.
