Bristol City’s form has improved with just two defeats from their last six Championship games after a 2-3 loss at home to Huddersfield Town last time out. They had a match away at Luton postponed on Boxing Day they might have fancied their chances in but they have been far more effective at home in recent weeks. Travelling QPR will be hoping the opposite is true for them after back-to-back defeats at home to Stoke and Bournemouth put a dampener on their play-off chase. The Hoops still have two games in-hand over most of the sides inside the play-offs but they are yet to score a goal in December. The result looks tricky here with a draw quite possible but taking QPR to avoid defeat with double chance seems a suitably cautious route to take.
