THE PREDICTION
Following their 2-1 win over Real Salt Lake over the weekend, Los Angeles are seeking a fourth straight MLS victory for the first time in almost two years here and they will aim to do so against a side they have only ever lost to once in the MLS – which was incidentally their first ever meeting back in May 2018. The Timbers have kept things fairly tight in the last couple of games though and come off the back of a narrow 1-0 win over Dallas, while Los Angeles boast the second best defensive record in the Western Conference, so backing under 2.5 goals looks sensible here.
