THE PREDICTION
Hearts’ extra-time victory over bitter rivals Hibernian in the semi-final of the Scottish FA Cup should still live long in their platers’ memories as part of the feel-good factor that can come from dropping down a division. They top the Scottish Championship, with just one loss out of seven matches so far, and in this knockout clash they will be a real danger to the unsteady ship that is Celtic. Neil Lennon’s side are under pressure but have strung together back-to-back wins in Europe and the Scottish Premiership to at least alleviate some of that. There is no doubt, though, that this is a must-win day for the Bhoys’ boss. The Glasgow/Edinburgh rivalry should make for an intense, aggressive and enjoyable FA Cup final where both teams can score in normal time. FA Cup romanticism makes extra-time and perhaps penalties look possible here, so maybe leaving this pick at both to score would be wise. It could also be a rewarding angle to pick a high amount of cards in this bound-to-be battle.
