WEST INDIES

• After a dominant display in the opening T20i clash of the series, West Indies were unable to build on that success as they fell excruciatingly short in their quest to make it back-to-back victories against England.
• The Windies were not as successful with the ball and with their key batsmen also failing to get the job done, they needed valiant efforts from Romario Shepherd (44) and Akeal Hosein (44*) to lead the fightback but it was not to be with the hosts losing out by a solitary run.

ENGLAND

• England were much better as they levelled the five-match series with the narrowest of wins against the West Indies in their second clash but there is still more work to be done ahead of this third contest.
• The tourists posted 171/8 with Jason Roy leading the way with a score of 45 at the top of the order and some much-improved bowling saw England do some damage against the Windies’ top order but they almost threw the game away late on and they will need to see this one out in better fashion.

THE PREDICTION

The first two games of this T20i series have been intriguing to say the least for different reasons but another thrilling clash lies in wait here. Both teams are capable of prevailing based on what the pair have produced so far and it will take a good all-round effort to get the job done in this contest. Both have plenty of room for improvement but having shown signs of what they can do last time out, England can build on their win in the second game by securing the win that gives them the lead in the series.
