Pakistan were heavily beaten by Australia in their Super League quarter-final and will now face Bangladesh, who fell to India by five wickets. Bangladesh’s batting has proven their kryptonite across the entire tournament so far, having only managed scored of 97 and 111 when batting first. Their opponents here will be confident of dismissing the Tigers for relatively little whether Bangladesh be batting first or second. Although Pakistan did not perform to their level that they were capable of against Australia, the Group Stage saw them hugely impress and provided they can rediscover those levels of performance here, then victory looks on the cards against Bangladesh.
