China vs Spain prediction
After such a promising first round, the FIH World Cup has ended in somewhat of a damp squib for both China and Spain. China topped Pool D before collapsing in the second round, drawing with Australia before being thrashed 4-1 by Netherlands. Spain began well with wins over Ireland and New Zealand, but also regressed against stronger opposition, losing comprehensive to both Argentina and Germany.
With only placement at stake, expect an entertaining match as these two teams throw caution to the wind with an ultra-attacking playstyle likely from both. Neither impressed defensively in the second round and backing over 4.5 goals scored has to be favoured.
