Chelsea vs Leeds prediction

Xabi Alonso’s reign in charge of Chelsea began with three successive victories and an entertaining style of football. The entertainment remained at the weekend but The Blues did succumb to a 2-1 defeat to champions Arsenal after taking an early lead via Morgan Rogers before goals scored by Kai Havertz and Martin Odegaard.

Daniel Farke and his Leeds United side have become extremely difficult to beat and that has continued this season. They began with league and cup wins at the City Ground against Nottingham Forest before back-to-back 1-1 draws against Brentford at Elland Road and then Brighton and Hove Albion at the AMEX Stadium.

Leeds will be awkward opponents for Chelsea and should find joy on the counter-attack but the hosts do have to remain favourites for this one in the capital city.

Chelsea vs Leeds tip: Chelsea to win & both teams to score
