That’s to take nothing away from a spectacular Bangladesh, but for a team of Australia’s might to lose at home to the Tigers is something that has unsurprising generated plenty of opinions down under.
The pitch is likely to prove extremely bouncy, which should suit the fast Aussie pace bowlers with captain Pat Cummins under severe pressure with as a leader and with the ball. Josh Hazlewood and Mitchell Starc are both set to play with Starc in particular expected to feast on such conditions. His searing pace should be perfect for such an environment and it’s worth backing him to take over 5.5 match wickets across Bangladesh’s two innings.
