- Castleford finally produced a solid performance as they ran in eight tries to defeat London last week to keep in touch with the play-offs.
- The Tigers looked set to name the same 17 as last week but have suffered a major blow with Jake Trueman ruled out through concussion whilst winger Tuoyo Egodo has also suffered the same fate.
- That means two changes to Castleford’s 19-man squad with prop Mitch Clark returning after missing several weeks whilst winger Greg Eden is also back after he sat out the last two matches.

- Leeds pulled themselves off the bottom of the table with a crucial win at home to Catalans but they remain in relegation trouble as they sit amongst three other teams on 14 competition points at the foot of the table.
- The Rhinos could hand a debut to new signing Rhyse Martin after he was signed from the Canterbury Bulldogs to bolster their pack and he has been named in the 19-man squad for this clash.
- Shaun Lunt could make his second debut for the club after he was a late withdrawal with an ankle injury last week whilst Ava Seumanufagai is also back for the Rhinos after missing out last week due to compassionate grounds but Jack Walker has picked up a knock so Ashton Golding could play at fullback.
THE PREDICTION
Castleford have had the beating over Leeds in recent years with the Tigers becoming their bogey team. Leeds have won just two of the last 14 meetings and they will need to defy that record if they are to make it back-to-back wins but Castleford can win consecutive games of their own with a victory. Both teams will be without key men as the Tigers must do without Jake Trueman whilst Jack Walker is out for the Rhinos but it’s Castleford who can adapt the better to edge the win here.
