Afghanistan vs India prediction

India have enjoyed lots of success against Afghanistan in the past, winning eight of the nine T20i matches between the two nations. They’ll be red-hot favourites to continue that good run in this tune-up series as both teams get ready for the upcoming Asian Games. With a strong squad named by India, they are clearly taking the ‘Friendship Cup’ seriously.

Afghanistan do pose threats to India, whether it be the spin of Rashid Khan, the pace of Fazalhaq Farooqi or the batting prowess of Rahmanullah Gurbaz. But India have very little in terms of weaknesses in their order and can maintain an aggressive playstyle even if they were to lose early wickets. Throw some excellent bowling options into the mix and they should wind up too good for Afghanistan. Delhi is usually a very good batting pitch as well, so expect a high-scorer.

Afghanistan vs India tip: India to win and over 346.5 match runs
