Virtus have surpassed all expectations to even reach this stage of the UEFA Europa Conference League, and the Sammarinese outfit will really fancy their chance of causing Icelandic champions Breidablik some issues in this playoff round second-leg.
In the first-leg of this tie, Breidablik did manage to overcome Virtus, but only by a 2-1 margin at Kopavogsvollur in Kopavogur in Iceland last week. Stefano Scappini gave Virtus an 11th minute lead from the penalty spot in that match, before Breidablik managed to turn things on its head thanks to strikes from Valgeir Valgeirsson before a winning goal scored by Tobias Thomsen.
Virtus will believe that their home advantage gives them a sniff here. Their aim will be to keep things tight and ensure it goes deep, with all results possible late on in the tie.
