Velez Mostar finished fourth in the Premier League of Bosnia-Herzegovina last season. They have been beaten in their first European tie in the last two seasons, against Hamrun Spartans and then Inter Club d’Escaldes.
Milsami Orhei, coached by Alexei Savinov, were beaten by Kuopion Palloseura in the first qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League before beating Buducnost Podgorica and then succumbing to a shock loss to Virtus in the UEFA Europa Conference League.
Milsami need to put that shocker behind them from last year but this is a tough test away from home so Velez have to be viewed as firm favourites.
