Vardar vs Lausanne prediction

Coached by Goce Sedloski, Vardar Skopje finished fifth in the Macedonian First League in the 2024/25 campaign, but they have qualified for Europe as a result of being surprise winners of the Macedonian Football Cup. They comfortably defeated La Fiorita by five goals to two on aggregate in the first qualifying round.

Lausanne Sport will believe they should qualify for the league phase of the UEFA Europa Conference League this season. The Swiss Super League outfit finished fifth in Switzerland last season, under the management of former Red Bull Salzburg and Sochaux boss Peter Zeidler.

Lausanne will believe they are firm favourites for this one and, although it may be tough away from home in this first-leg, they should still come out on top in both matches.

Vardar vs Lausanne tip: Lausanne to win & both teams to score
