Vaduz play their football in the Swiss Super League, having gained promotion to the top-flight last season. They managed to qualify for the UEFA Europa Conference League by beating Eschen / Mauren in the Liechtenstein Cup in May.
They now face an Atletic Club d’Escaldes side that overcame Mornar Bar in the first qualifying round. The Andorran Cup winners won both legs of that tie against Montenegrin opposition by two goals to one in either leg, both home and away.
Atletic Club d’Escaldes and Vaduz both share a proactive and fairly attacking style of football and so both teams scoring seems a decent bet for this first-leg at the Rheinpark Stadion in Liechtenstein.
