USA vs Paraguay prediction
The United States come into this one on the back of beginning to seem as though they are finding some form under the management of Mauricio Pochettino. The USMNT most recently defeated Australia by two goals to one to back up a victory over Japan and a draw against Ecuador.
They now face a Paraguay side that have had an abundance of attacking quality and talent come through their ranks in recent years, such as Julio Enciso and Diego Gomez. The Paraguayans most recently suffered a 2-0 loss to the Korea Republic and a 2-2 draw with Japan since securing CONMEBOL qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Paraguay will believe they can get after the United States in this one, albeit the hosts have shown improvement and would have to be viewed as the favourites.
