Udinese remain as steady as ever in Serie A as they once again sit firmly in the middle-of-the-table ahead of the visit of Napoli at the Bluenergy Stadium in Friuli.

Udinese vs Napoli prediction

Former Legia Warsaw boss Kosta Runjaic is in charge of an Udinese side that sit firmly in the middle-of-the-table but they are in some fairly average form with three defeats in their last four matches in the league. Their most recent loss was perhaps their worst as they suffered a 2-1 defeat at home to Genoa last weekend.

Defending champions Napoli continued Antonio Conte’s predictably miserable return to the UEFA Champions League with a defeat to Benfica at Estadio da Luz in midweek. The Neapolitans have been some way off last season’s standards and yet still begin this weekend’s round of fixtures just below AC Milan on goal difference at the top.

Napoli will head to the northeast of Italy knowing that they remain very strong, albeit slightly different, in the top-flight, and they have to be remain firm favourites in Udine.

Udinese vs Napoli tip: Napoli to win & under 3.5 goals
