THE PREDICTION
Andrey Rublev is in frightening form this year, either side of the covid-19 induced suspension of the season, and won his fifth ATP title of 2020 last week at the Vienna Open. Rublev did not drop a set throughout that campaign and made a mockery of the idea that players cannot string two good weeks together in this over-saturated tour by winning back to back titles in Austria and Russia. The last player to steal a set from the world number eight was Denis Shapovalov at the St. Petersburg Open, and it is unlikely that Radu Albot will be the next player to do so. Albot did fantastically well to beat Hubert Hurkacz in the first round on Monday but will be up against it from the off against Rublev and could win as few as five games or less in a straight-sets defeat.
