Captained by Pat Cummins, the high scoring and big hitting Sunrisers Hyderabad finished their regular season in style as they posted 255-4 against defending champions and league winners Royal Challengers Bengaluru, with their incredible top order of Abhishek Sharma, Travis Head, Ishan Kishan, Heinrich Klaasen and Nitish Kumar Reddy all firing.

They now face a Rajasthan Royals side that squeezed themselves into the top four with back-to-back victories to finish off their regular season. Rajasthan eased to an impressive seven-wicket win at the Lucknow Super Giants before a 30-run victory against Mumbai Indians. 15-year-old Vaibhav Sooryavanshi has been their top scorer in the competition, fifth overall.

Sooryavanshi is quite the story and he will lead a similarly big scoring Rajasthan side here but Sunrisers’ ceiling is high and, on the big occasion with Head at the top, they’ll fancy themselves to come out on top.
