Stjarnan vs Ilves prediction
Stjarnan come into this one on the back of an entertaining first qualifying round tie against Faroese side Vikingur Gota earlier this month. They won the first-leg by three goals to one before sharing a 2-2 draw in the Faroe Islands in the second-leg.
Ilves Tampere earned themselves a 3-1 win over Turun in the Finnish Veikkausliiga at the weekend as they battle against relegation domestically. Ilves shared a goalless draw with Differdange 03 in Luxembourg before a 3-1 win in Finland’s sixth biggest city in the second-leg.
Ilves Tampere have bigger fish to fry at the moment after a bad year in Finland and so Stjarnan will be expected to complete a comfortable win here.
