Mark Selby and Stephen Maguire meet for the second year in succession at the Masters, and, although it was Maguire who came out on top in last year’s contest, you’d have to make Selby the slight favourite here. The reigning world champion and three-time Masters winner enjoyed a solid run to the semi-finals of the World Grand Prix last month but Maguire has been something of a bogey player for him over the years. Their head-to-head stands at 15 wins apiece so, although we give Selby the edge, the betting suggestion is to opt for the winning margin to be less than 2.5 frames.
