Chiefs finally ended their wait for a win in Super Rugby Aotearoa as they overcame Hurricanes last week. Having lost all ten matches in this competition so far, stretching back to the last campaign, the Chiefs fought back late on to claim a dramatic victory. They actually trailed 26-7 at half-time and their efforts in making that comeback should not be overlooked in what could be a turning point for them. They face a tough task to back that win up as they host the Blues but the visitors come into this on the back of a heavy loss to Crusaders and that could open the door for the Chiefs to record back-to-back wins.
