THE PREDICTION
Zebre have one win from eight matches played in the Pro14 this season and should welcome the break as they host Bayonne here in their first Challenge Cup tie. Their visitors will have to cope with the unwelcome trip to Parma but Bayonne have been going well in their return to the French Top 14. Despite two recent defeats by some of the league’s big guns, Toulouse and Racing 92, Bayonne have started their season strongly and defeats of the likes of Toulon and Montpelier suggest they will have too much quality for Zebre here. Both sides should score well and it remains to be seen how Zebre respond to the competition but Bayonne to win a match that goes over 40 points looks a solid option.
