This looks a tough match to call between an impressive Bayonne, who beat Montpellier well last weekend, and a Toulon side on a three-match winning streak. When Toulon have lost this season, twice so far, it has been on the road and Bayonne’s home record is pretty good even in defeat. The home side beat Clermont Auvergne earlier this season too and are well capable of snatching the win here. Therefore, a handicap seems a little risky and perhaps even a result is a stretch. Toulon should edge this encounter but opting simply for over 40 points seems the more reasonable option.
